• Initially, we will request board members, developers, and other contributors volunteer their time
• The Board of Directors will establish guidelines that will be executed by managers
  • What roles will be paid
  • Setting a budget for each role
  • Determining employment type (W-2, 1099, milestone-based fixed fee)
• All expenses (including staff related) will be made public to the community
