• Ailments: symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, outcome
• Visits to a healthcare professional
• Prescriptions
• Financial account notes
• Subscription services

However, because of privacy and regulatory laws, I think it is best if we recommend our users not store any health or financial information in their wikis until our systems have been validated by auditors.
