Existing MediaWiki extensions will be able to provide this functionality. It will probably require custom PHP development.
Notes
- Personal wikis are directly associated with a user and ownership cannot be transferred.
- Organization wikis can have one or more owners which can be changed at any time.
- Any user can create an organization
- Organization Owners can add contacts and share pages.

- A study group
- A hobby or interest
- A community group
